Meet Kallim Tawfiq – Lead Instructor
Kallim has been fascinated with engines and car parts since he was just 11 years old. Now at 42, he brings over three decades of hands-on experience to the garage — along with more than 10 years of teaching others the “how-tos” of vehicle care.
Certified in automotive repair, gearboxes, DSG systems, mechatronics, welding (Level 3), and mechanical engineering, Kallim’s expertise covers everything from manual and automatic transmissions to double-clutch systems (both dry and wet). But what sets him apart isn’t just his knowledge — it’s the way he makes complex repairs feel simple and achievable for anyone willing to learn.
Passionate about empowering drivers, Kallim believes that repair skills shouldn’t be locked away in textbooks or workshops — they should be accessible to everyone who gets behind the wheel. His friendly, down-to-earth teaching style helps students of all ages build confidence, save money, and stay safe on the road.
When he’s not teaching or fixing cars, you’ll find Kallim sharing his love for mechanics with young people, inspiring the next generation of hands-on problem solvers.
